And made 3000 people stand in the pouring rain listening to bands varying from good to shite, for an extra few hours, before some random bloke at 8pm came on stage and went "Oh yeah, we can't show Dr Who...techy stuff...no actually it's not because our licence from Westminster Council ends at 8pm. [/sarcasm]. 'Night."
No apology, no warning. And did I mention it was tipping it down with rain?
I should have guessed seeing as the signers pushed off at 7 (one of them had lost the will to live with the crap act on who should have been kicked off for the start of Dr Who). Questioning about 8 stewards over the day had eventually yielded the info that it wasn't going to be subtitled anyway.
Off for a hot bath. Did I mention it was soggy but excellent anyway - up to that point?
