"soulmates"
I think its fair to say that the majority of the people in this world believe in souls. Many people believe in the after life in which our physical being stays on earth while our soul goes onto to better or worse things. Then it is clear that our physical bodies and souls, though related, are not permanently connected together. And that brings me to this question. What if God, (or nature for your who don't believe in him or hims and hers...or hers for that matter) decided to play a really mean joke on us and put a soul in a body that blatantly doesn't belong to that soul. For example, I have a soul. It is inside of a 5 11, 230lb korean person with black hair, brown eyes etc. But what if....what if say...that God intended for me to be in the body of a 5 5 300lb swedish person. Or...worse...what if I was meant to be in a 5 6 110 lb, size double D and legs that could kill an ordinary man (I guess it wouldn't be that worse). Or EVEN WORSE....what if I was supposed to be in the body of a grizzly bear who's soul purpose in life is to eat as many salmon as possible (I do like seafood =)) OR EVEN EVEN WORSE...what if I was supposed to be a piece of shit coming out of a 5 year old destined to be flushed down the toilet in guam? Hey...you never know! The moral of the story??? Whitney...so next time you call me your soul mate...give that a thought. We could end up in heaven and God might say...oh yeah...you actually fell in love a woman. Psyche!!!!
