my insides ache like they're twisting in knots. as if i drank enough gasoline to fill the whole of my stomach and the fumes are eating away at the inner linings of my arteries and licking their way up my throat. i feel that i might vomit if only i'd eaten something earlier. i feel i may be dying and it might be nice if this were only linked to something physical. can you even be emotionally and mentally nauseated?
