Sunshine, Gin Blossoms and HAIRCUT!

Went exploring with my camera today and, tucked round a corner, invisible from the path, was this owl. I love how they're (owls, I mean) turning up in the most out of the blue places.
Also went to the library and read an entire novel, and took loads out. And a genetics book, goody goody gum drops. And Spiderman J- couldn't resist. I was innocently browsing the graphic novels/comics section and came across it. It's Spiderman, manga style (J being for Japan[ese?] - like J-rock). The niggling thing is it's written Western comic style, and I always end up forgetting and reading the panels the Japanese way, and wanting to open the book backwards. I'm not heltha's friend for nothing, I guess!
Saw Lukey for a bit. The foolish boy offered me a tab. Then mimicked my "No". Whatever. I have his lighter. It kind of works.
And the cherry on top of the delicious day was that I got a haircut (I know, right?). I got the other side shaved off too, and the back, à la Morrissey. I'm glowing with smugness. Gonna look beastin' when I quiff it.
AnyHOW, up ridiculously early to go to Newcastle again tomorrow. Going to heltha's to get stuff sorted for Hop Farm, generally galivant and finally meet her MAN. So I bid thee goodnight, guten nacht, bon nuit, mes petits.
