I tend to forget this thing is here. Sorry, folks, my life is too busy and way too cool to be moping about in LiveJournal.
Not that your life is uninteresting or anything... uh... so anyways...
Turns out we might not buy our house. (I realize you likely had no idea that we had plans to; sorry for not keeping you in the loop.) Angela may be getting a job with a military contractor that pays too well for us not to seriously consider it. If that's the case, we may need to move. So far, they've mentioned Georgia.
Please, gods, not Georgia. Don't get me started on Georgia. (Fucking shithole that it is.)
It would suck moving from here. We like Sierra Vista. A few of our friends have moved here, and we have a lot of other great friends in the area. I like my job. The girls have a good school. It's just a good area to live in, and I think we'd all miss it.
I wouldn't mind someplace a little cooler, of course. Like Alaska.
Been running D&D on Wednesdays. The guys are enjoying it, I think. Last week we played until after midnight, and I had to be the one to point out to them that it was getting late. I don't work Thursdays so it doesn't bother me at all, but some of these guys have jobs that start at 7am or so.
Anyways, just a little update. Hope the rest of you are doing alright.
