2. I might ask specific questions about the icons! What context were they pulled from; what coloring technique you used, wtf is with those keywords, ect.

Lina chose:
1. It is obviously the scene where Lelouch catches Arthur wearing the Zero mask and shrieks like a girl. I have two keywords for this one. "The cat stole my masculinity" is because that is exactly what's happening. "some animal/Suzaku stole my masculinity" was created when I was threading with Cornelia and kept getting topped by fireducklings. Also, we all know that Suzaku is the primary reason I ever use this icon. Making my life uncomfortable is like his secret fetish. :P
2. This is from the last picture drama where Suzaku is recalling good times with Lelouch and Nunnally. I chose it because I love Lelouch's super ghei fashion. "Ougi's the mom?" is from a conversation between me and Cornelia, where we put the Black Knights into a family hierarchy where Lelouch was the father and C.C. was the bitchy grandmother. I wanted a random question keyword. It will never not be sexy.
3. CLAMP. Clamp drew Lelouch and Suzaku with matching attached earrings in the GAYEST display ever for a NewType. I love the earring and had to icon it. I usually use it when Lelouch is being neutral or sometimes a snarky bitch. "Here there be monsters" is the keyword I use the most with it. I think it just fits the sly, dangerous atmosphere.
Peony chose:
1. The geass comm had some idiots who kept writing Lelouch as Luluchu, thinking they were being semi-Japanese. For a lark, I decided to keyword Pikachu and purple in Google to see if I could make a picture to mock them. After actually finding it, I decided to use it for a random effect in a Halloween thread with Ash. It was super special awesome! Keywords are self-explanatory. I should get rid of it, but I laugh every time I see it.
2. Lelouch as Ruruko from the picture drama about the genderswitch festival. Lelouch is not comfortable as a pretty pretty princess. I needed an icon for Saya and Yumi's dropping post/inadressing so I upload this. "And pretty maids all in a row" is from the nursery rhyme "Mary Mary Quite Contrary" about Mary Queen of Scotts. I liked the British irony.
3. One of the first scenes of Lelouch, where he is beating the pants off some noble in chess. This was actually my first Lelouch icon ever on my OC journal. His smile is so "I'm kicking your ass and it's wonderful!" I'm sad I don't get to use it more, but it's more of a "TEH WIN" icon, and we all know how often that happens at camp. Lelouch does use it whenever he's talking about chess though. "PAWNED" is a play on PWNED and an inside joke in the Geass community.
Malik chose:
1. This comes from the cover of the 2nd drama CD where Lelouch and Shirley are shopping for glasses for some reason. I use it for Lelouch's pondering/analytical moments. "Fangirls loev the glasses" is my play on the fetish.
1. It comes from one of the chapter covers and has Kurai topping a collared Setsuna while Arachne looks on. This is my annoyed/disgruntled Setchan icon. "Chained to your side" is me loving Pat Benatar's "Love is a Battlefield." All of Setchan's manga icons are done using a combination of blue and gray gradients to create an ephemeral effect. The more fierce emotional ones are also done with overlay effects so they look harsh and stand out.
2. ... I can't remember this scene but I'll come back to it. "Now go away before I taunt you some more" is a line from Monty Python. "May be some sort of crazy" is from "The Sound of Pulling Heaven Down."
3. This is from the scene where Raziel has showed up to tell Setsuna of Zaphikiel's plan for him to go to Heaven. Katou is pestering where Raziel is a girl and Setsuna drags him away to let Raziel finish talking. I use it mostly when people are irritating Setsuna. Hence the keywords "Let's shut up now" or "You're embarrassing me."
1. This is from the first time Seiya meets Usagi at the park and is bummed she doesn't recognize him. Hence the pouty "Gonna write about this in my LJ." It's my all purpose pouty mcpoutpout icon.
2. Seiya's talk with Usagi when he's trying to get her to win the baseball game so they can continue to hang out together. ChibiChibi breaks in on the action. I mostly use it for questioning, although it's original purpose was for childrens. The keywords "*attracts some childrens*" reference ChibiChibi's uncanny ability to pop up whenever Seiya wants quiet time with Usagi.
3. Seiya flirting with Michiru when they first meet. It's my sly and flirty icon, although the former gets the most use. "The feminine mystique" references the book and my play on Seiya's gender.
