day 90
and i haven't listened to a thing all weekend.
i love picking up a book and being reminded of why i love them so much. reading ender's game, what a brilliant fucking book. totally lending me inspiration for a story i'm writing, though very loose inspiration. i'm going to apply to 100f with that story, so hopefully i can polish it up.
other things i love: building a network of writers, pizza, the sims 3, blankets.
okay, i gave in and am now listening to music. didn't want to listen to all of tmv because it all sounds the same, so i deleted everything but de-loused and tremulant ep but somehow even that seems daunting. i guess because i've been DOING THIS FOR 90 DAYS
network of writers: went to a play tonight, put on by my brother's high school english teacher. i met him back when i was like 12 and he still remembers me, surprisingly! but i was less surprised when i realized he remembers everything. he offered to talk to people he knows at departments of schools i may be applying to, how awesome. currently deciding whether or not to friend him on facebook.
pizza: lanesplitters in oakland. huge slices, delicious, etc. coke on bartender tap is almost on par with imported coke.
the sims 3: played all day. the great thing about this game and being an english major is that i can play while reading. and my sim is busy enough that i can get a lot of reading done.
blankets: it’s cold.
also: moving to wordpress, dunno if this move is permanent and absolute. 'll keep you posted.
