Today is My 1/2 Year Birthday!
And as luck would have it I got a free day off with pay today from work so i got to spend the whole day with my Abi!
After we woke up this morning ~mmmmm sleeping in til 10:00~ he said we had an adventure to go on. We drove across town and he wouldn't even give me a hint where we were going! Then we pulled into the parking lot of the largest doll shop in the USA! I was so excited because i thought were were going to walk through the shop and look at alllll the dolls. i just love doing that! And we did!
My favorite doll in the whole store is the Madame Alexander Edith, the Lonely Doll and Mr. Bear Doll set. Abi found her the first time we saw her and ever since she is the last part of the store i look at because she is my favorite. Today we started on that side of the store and when we got to her i said what i always say "OOOooooh and there is Edith and Mr. Bear!" And stand and smile at them from in front of the glass they sit behind. And Abi said "Yes, there there are and they are why we are here. I'm getting you Edith for your 1/2 year birthday!"
i was so happy that the happy spilled out of my eyes :o> i was just beside myself as we (the fastest i ever have of course!) made our way around the store looking at the other dolls and then FINALLY to take our tag to the lady at the front so she could get my doll.
And here they are....
i just love them and they are now living in the little girl room right with the Edith books :o)
After we got Edith Abi took me for ice cream at Ben & Jerry's and it was YUMMIE!
The was a VERY nice 1/2 year Birthday just full of fun adventures :o)
Thank you Abi for loving me and making me happy even without Edith dolls and ice cream :o)
