Well, the raccoons are still here, I heard them again last night. I knit a hat, really a whole hat! There is a little problem with sizing but I've now got the perfect gift for someone with a very wide and shallow head who really loves pink. I figure that first one was a trial run, and I can put it with the scarf that's two feet long. I've just started a new one now, with all the kinks worked out. God, I can't believe break is almost over. Seriously, I hate school and can't wait to be done. If I just had a couple hundred thousand dollars in start up capital, I'd be in Hawaii right now during peak season running my B&B. I leave you with this image...

A warm breeze blows off the Pacific rustling the leaves on the palm trees overhead. The guests come down for fresh fruit and bread before heading off on their adventures for the day, leaving me to sit in the garden or on the beach, or put on my flip-flops and walk into town...
