hurray for head wounds!
Today, everything at Starbucks was going along well, until I started to work on the pastry case. We ended up with a pretty decent sized rush while I was putting away the afternoon pastries, so I started to hurry and put them away. Well, I croutched down to put the last away and stood up quickly and banged my head against the little plastic shelf right above where I was. I got knocked down onto the ground for about 30 seconds. I felt ok and the manager on duty said it just looked like a red mark. I finished my shift and went to work at Virgin and I started to feel lightheaded. After a few hours I went to one of the managers and told him what had happend at starbucks and he looked at my head and apparently it had started to blood earlier so he sent me home. It doesn't seem that serious and I doubt i'll have to go to a doctor, but I should probably stay in tonight. Guess i'm not going drinking :-(
