Sleep
I delight in sleep. Last night I was out of it by the time my desk shift ended. I retired early, slept for a good 8 hours. Woke up rested.
Now Matt and I make preperations for the car competition. I believe we will win. Our design is overly simplistic and efficient. Brutish. Perfect.
I find myself more and more fascinated with brute force and those who choose to weild it. I for one have tried and failed, but I'm not clever enough for anything else. But there is something to be said about it. Machines, weapons, soldiers. Brute force seems to work for all, but at a high cost in some form or another. Most often lives.
So who wields the brute force? Not the person carrying it into battle. The politician, the tyrant, the people.
