so the last two days...very good. monday i woke up and hung around for a long time, just updating my journal a little, finished up this driving thing so i could give it to the insurance people to lower my rate. did that, watched a little full house, went to lunch at chick-fil-a, came home. patrick wanted to go to the thrift store, and i said fine as long as i could get my shirt from stephanie. but i call her and she wanted to go to the thrift store, so we drive to get her from whitehall, go to the thrift store, and take a nice drive around laurel/beltsville trying to find a mcdonalds that had milkshakes and double cheeseburger meals. so that was hot. took her home, and got my shirt. came home, went out to celebratory dinner for getting my license. came home, patrick was supposed to play mini golf with his friend matt, but it was raining, so he came over instead. and they played video games and we chatted about six flags and he talked to various people on my buddy list. did i mention that he is hot? yeah, so i thought. but he stayed until 1:30, which i stayed up for, but i had to get up at 6:15 today. so...uhh..yeah...definitely not used to 5 hours of sleep. but it was pretty much ok for all the day. got up, went down to my internship, got to listen to a little bit of walk to remember soundtrack while i was waiting. that is such a good sountrack. seriously. the songs on there make me want to sing along/remember the movie/cry. cause it was a terrific movie. so worked on my internship, today i cleaned a plate from the ship ALABAMA and i might be getting to put it back together. rode the metro home, went to rockville to give the insurance people my stuff, got some BK for lunch, went to visit my grandma. we got to play a few games of pool at the little pub in her building. it was awesome. i suck though. but. on the way home, my moms car started to overheat. so we had to take it to the mechanic. and it needs work. so we had to sit in the heat waiting for him to figure out what was wrong. then we had to have my aunt come get us. alas, it will be fixed soon.
so, a few things that annoy me: people who dress up and wear white socks with dress shoes and pants. can't you at least buy one pair of black/blue/tan socks? jesus. people who smoke. a lot of the people i work with smoke. and it doesn't really make me like the person any less, i just think smoking is nasty. why i have recently started seeing lots of cute guys all around. and i can't get one.
for another day: the war/the draft/some stuff. i want to have a real conversation with someone about it. anyone interested?
