Part Deux
Once again, the first post in over a month.
So much has been going on lately it all seems like a blur. The Holiays flew by, right along with all my money. I still cant get over how much Christmas presents cost me. Insanity.
Classes started up on the 20th, and so begins another pointless semester of General Ed at the Kremlin, A.K.A, Solano Community College. I was dreading my Political Science class this semester, fully expecting it to be taught by some left wing, liberal, communist, wacko left over from the hippie movement. Turns out the instructor is actually a self described "Dammed Conservative Republican". I'll stay in this class. I didnt think that any like minded Conservative Republicans acutally existed at this school, much less as an instructor.
On a somewhat related note, I got my grades from last semester. Aced my Management 101 and English classes. And to my suprise, I got a passing grade in the Ethnic Studies Class, which just so happened to be the most evil, liberal, God Forsaken class ever conceived, taught by a white-person-hating-wacko who looked like she just came from a Kwanza (sp?) festival. I'm still trying to figure out how I passed that class when I literally didnt show up for more than half of the classes, walked out in the middle of every one of her lectures, slammed liberalism and multiculturalism in everyone of my papers, and never took the final. Guess is just goes to show that Conservatism will always triumph over the liberal left.
Anyways, enough with the Political ranting... On to new and better things.......
I've found out recently that I have a really good shot at being able to join the National Guard, despite having Crohns Disease. Its not for certain, and I'll have to look into it further, but its definately the most encourgaing news I've heard since I was diagnosed with it. Hopefully I'll find out for sure and then join up during my last two years of college at ERAU, or right afterwards so I can become an officer. We'll see.....
A 35 page Political Science reading assignment, coupled with the fast approaching midnight hour tells me that this is the end of the post. Any bets as to when my next post will be?? Anyone??
