Not a very good post...
Things I learned while clearing out everything from my grandma's house:
1) My grandma has been crazy for longer than we had expected. She had some of the weirdest things in her house... Like a collection of pantyhose packaging and milk carton tops.
2) Snails are so cute!! I love snails to death now! They have to be one of my favorite animals now! *adds to lj interests*
3) Buying your own food from Edo is actually rewarding! My meal consisted of: 2 Chicken Tempura Sushi Rolls, 2 egg sushi thing rolls (I forgot the name >_<), Plain Udon. It costed 22 dollars. Mama bought two rolls for me since I complained and it only costed me $16! WOO! Yay!
4) Going through all the junk in my grandma's house is so so depressing. But thanks to strider122 being there, it really made me feel a lot less depressed. Wee!
Things I brought home from grandmas house:
A doll Oma made, a little stuffed rabbit, a little stuffed pig, a cute basket suitcase, 2 bags of zippers + tons of different colored lace (for my tailoring. ^.^), and a weird glass camel figure (why? Well I collect tiny glass animals. My collection is CUTE!).
I stayed in Huntsville cleaning out my grandma's house for 3 days. It was horrible. But I am glad I went. I remembered lots of good memories. Me, Mama, and Nick stayed at my Aunt's house. She lives in the country in this old plantation house that was refurbished. And it is so pretty there!! *_* The house is in Del Rose, Tennessee. I plan to stay with my aunt for a couple of days this summer. It's a great place to relax.
