I love Mother Cheese
I can't believe this weekend is over, it went by way to fast. Anyways...Mike Schneider (the AFRC guy from HR) did return my email Friday morning. Apparently he was out of the office all last week. He said he'd get back to me tomorrow. Sooooooo, hopefully tomorrow I'll have a leave date and know a lot more about what's going on. I'll be sure to let you all know what's up. I'm pretty excited. Scared, but excited. :)
I had a pretty boring weekend. Friday night I went shopping with Mom. We were on a mission...we were going to be serious Christmas shoppers damnit. You wanna know what we came home with? I bought sugar cookies and a Santa Clause wall hanging and Mom bought eye glass cleaner. YUP. That was us being serious. So Saturday morning we strike out nice and early thinking we would be really serious shoppers. Did we buy a damn thing??? Hell no. LOL We got distracted by the Marines at McDonald's. It was Toys for Tots weekend. Mom and I are horrible shoppers - we never buy ANYTHING till Chirstmas Eve - we try to do it all before but it never works out - anyway theres no way we could buy a toy for a tot - so we figured we'd donate some money. We couldn't decide who the cutest Marine was so we donated all of our shopping money - we donated to EVERY damn Marine there. LOL What is it about a man in a uniform???? LOL I can see a janitor in a smock and I'll notice...LOL JUST KIDDING not really. But seriously. Anyways...after that escapade that took FOREVER (Marines Jake Dominick and Marty were REALLLLLLYYYYY nice lol we chatted them up) we went to Mamah's. Her birthday was Friday and she turned 87. YAY.
Saturday night I spent the night with Jenny, Sandy and Owen. Owen is sooooo sweet. I love him so much. He's just absolutely THE best baby EVER. Seriously. After he fell asleep we watched an edited version of Die Hard 2. LOL I love when they speak over the bad words. Anyone that knows that movie knows like the main line is "Yippee Ky-o Mother Fucker" well thier version was "Yippee K-yo Mister Falcon" LOL Geesh.
Mom called us ASS early this morning to tell us about Saddam Hussein. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy. I mean, I know the war is far from over but it makes me feel tons better about having Stephen go over there. God is so good. Its amazing. It just makes me feel better.
Then we went to church and then I came home and took an awesome nap after watching my pretend boyfriend (Alexei Yagudin) skate. Oh and I talked to Mother Cheese. I love her. She's the best. (My mother's best friend...Josh's mother) She said she's sending me something from Josh's room. I wonder what it is? I called Josh to see but apparently its news to him too. LOL I told Josh about my recurring Dieter dream that involves him and my friend Shell. Its sooo bizaar. I won't go into it here but its pretty freaking funny. I'm probably going to drive up to see Josh Saturday. I would spend all weekend there but Stephen comes home on Sunday and I don't want to miss that. BUT I am super excited about my day with Josh. I can't wait to be his VP. (its a long story)
Okay well anyways there ya go that was my weekend. Pretty boring. I'll update this later. Love you guys,
