I am catching up on Noein episodes on the Tivo and they just advertised the "Sci Fi Channel Original Movie" titled 'Beaneath Still Waters'. It was actually a 2005 film from Brian Yuzna, the most overrated horror director in the last decade or so.
What really gets me. Is that this whole movie, is a rip-off of Alan Moore's Swamp Thing issue titled 'Still Waters' (they couldn't even be arsed enough to change the title by more than a word?). Is it not enough that the guy doesn't want his comics turned into movies and they still do it anyways. Now it seems that the Sci Fi Channel iis part and parcel to outright plagiarism.
