Do you think a person might get kicked off/banned/suspended from livejournal for suggesting a class action lawsuit against Six Apart and Google for serving up these advertisements that often bug up and kill web browsing?
I personally think the answer this hypothetical situation is no, but such persons would be more constructive in trying to resolve situations like this with public posts that compain about the problem. A concerned e-mail or two could not hurt either.
