Darick Robertson is way too good of an artist.
I have been obsessing for hours about who these people are based on in he and Garth Ennis' new Wildstorm book "The Boys".
Could it be that he just draws people so naturally well, that you just assume they are based on real people?
Or are they based on real people and he draws them so well?
It is similar to my Bryan Hitch conundrums when reading "The Ultimates"
examples:
Ennis is already bragging about this book "Out Preachering" Preacher". And if the page I saw with 'the kiss' is any indication, he will be fucking superhero comics a new hole at the same time.
Yeah this book comes out next Wednesday. I suggest people check it out.
