Someone told me to wear green today, so it must be St. Pat's.
Klaproth_1 deleted his journal. fuck.

Basically it boiled down to this from what I could see.
He insulted idiots who worked with him. Using only first names or "codenames" for workers most of the time. His bosses found out. Someone got assore for being called out as an idiot. They used klaproth as a sacrifical lamb to purge themselves of being stupid.
(then there was the few hours of drama yesterday as Gobo and myself spanked his trolls and a I think I might have furthered a conspiracy theory was formed about former coworkers of his using his LJ against him)
Maybe it was stupid to post work related stuff on LJ, but my point is not this.
It is the obvious lie he was told. That he had given out sensitive company information. That was the reason he was fired.
He just bitched about stupid people. Since when has that been "sensitive"? Hell, even the most seriously retarded special needs person working at some social program can find one other person to bitch about being dumber than them at work. This is a right of the American worker, to insult our fellow workers behind thier backs! But I digress...
Really, if you worked for any company or corporation... and they felt like you had "sensitive information" on a website.... they would shut you down, sue you, and in the realm of Livejournal... they could more than likely have your journal suspended. They do it for individuals. If anyone posted "John Effin Doe's" name, social security number, phone number, or address, they would shut them down. So do you honestly think for one second, any company with a half assed HR department and any sort of legal team would not think twice to call, fax, or e-mail the mighty Livejournal and have you shut down so fast... that you would feel the virtual friction burn on your ass end?
I guess the whole point is moot now that he deleted it
Perhaps for the best..
Maybe he can make ammends with his workplace and get some form of probationary period and return to work now that he has deleted it.
That is hopeful bullshit conjecture at best. But I know one thing I would do if it was me.
Get a fucking lawyer. Cause they are so fucking full of shit. Play your hand back at them. I bet you have a 70% chance to win this one on the river.
