it kinda reminds me of frank millers bad deal he got with his character Elektra. which is also now a movie where he gets no money (as far as i know)... it's just on a larger scale concerning V... and yet there's also a bigger chance this particular movie won't suck.
concerning them saying alan moore was involved i think it was a figurative statement that was misinterpreted through the chinese whispers of the media. still yeah, sucks for moore.
frank miller eventually got his glory day concerning movies.
you live you learn.
i won't like it much but yeah i'm probably going to pay to see it. with that in mind you could be a revolutionary and pay for another movie and then sneak into vendetta... course based on the tragedy of the commons i don't think it would change much concerning mr. moores own peace of mind.
I think that might work, buy a ticket to some other flick, then see V for Vendetta! Which one though? I think it will be Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion, cause of the long title.. and I will be helping to support the Black Christian Media, showing that I do believe in equality and diversity of religion and race!
actually i've done it before, that is, paid for one movie and actually went to another. like i was trying to help ticket sales for a movie i thought was awesome while seeing it's competitor, that sort. it's futile as hell, but there's something about it like maybe you beat the system, but the feeling is so breif that it just disolves on the first breath of air.
