A will of iron indifference...

The blinds valiantly held the sunlight at bay, keeping the room dark. A quiet murmur came from his face as he fervently smothered himself with the pillow. He thought of the occurances of the day. The funeral, the arguments, the family members he hadn't seen in years. Having driven 7 hours without even a word, he finally let it all go. After being reminded of what sadness truly was, he cried for the first time in 3 years.
