LOL yes with almost everybody copy pasting the same text its expected ;-).

Yes it was high time we got involved in some of these - been talking/"discussing" the state of affairs in india/bangalore ever since we started reasoning yet never have we stood up against/for something. Now with HasiruUsiru i got an oppurtunity to chip-in in their protests and stand up to what i believe.

The response has been really pathetic - the walkers/college kids ask about the cause, agree with us yet nobody wants to join the protest ( which has been absolutely peaceful ) or even raise a voice - they continue as if nothing has happened!!!. I cannot blame them much - that's the way we have been brought up - we are discouraged from questioning the elders decisions( in the name of respect!! ) and we are made to fear the bureaucrats for their power( which was again given by the public!! ). Protests of anykind has been branded as bad and anti-social!! With this attitude i dont think any country can progress or achieve anything.

Anyway there is another protest on Sunday at 10:30 @ Lalbagh West Gate - try to spread the message among your friends who might believe in the cause.

Oh, that's sad :( But what to do, the average person does not realize that government schemes are not always well planned. Anything goes in the name of "development". But keep fighting for the cause! I am sure you people have already made an impact on the minds of young people. I will definitely tell my friends about the Sunday event.
