so ive managed to whittle the time away today..
work is going fast. mostly cause i slept for the first hour. haha. i love getting my weekends back with no one here. and well...i feel like crapola today. so i had reason to feel sleepy. good ol cold meds. my throat seriously feels like a cat got in there and clawed at it all night. well...its been like this for 3 days now, and i swear i dont have a cold. just my throat. oh well. barb offered to buy me a frosty for lunch and as good as that probably would have been...i had basically 3 pieces of chocolate cake yesterday. so i regretfully declined : ( they all got me a cake yesterday at work for my bday : ) i loves my work people!
so tuesday night i went over to james and his momma made spaghetti. sooo yummy. and his gramma brought this cake that was so good. i dont know what was in it. and james gave me my vday gift : ) he did so good. he actually went to the florida craftsman gallery downtown and supported the arts :) got me a one of a kind silver and rose quartz heart braclet with matching dangle earings. i just need something nice to wear them with : P i got him fun stuff. which he can mention if he wishes : P and a big hersheys kiss and the Him2 VS cologne. *it was a nice day*
wednesday got up not as early as i had hoped *ahem* : P and got james and drove with my parents down to ringling for their pre-raphaelite exhibit. ammmazing stuff guys. i know only a few people would appreciate it but wow. good stuff. anyone that knows me...or my last background on this. that was pre-raphaelite. my lady of shalott poster...that is what it is. amazing painters that werent appreciated in their own time. thats usually how it goes anyways.
when we first got there we went in this new building cause its all new down there. theyve fixed it up really nice. anyways...theres a really cool like 3,000 sq.ft. room full of a miniature circus. the guy made it over a few decades of his like i think. then we went out and ate lunch on the grounds there at the banyan tree cafe. good food. not as expensive as i thought. walked around took some pics...sorry laurie i forgot to give you your lense back!...silly me. ill see ya soon. remind me : P. drove back home and me and james went over to grammas and darren had cooked this whole gourmet meal. crazy stuff. super good. hes a crazy crazy boy. the cheesecake was amazing.
so i opened more presents..had money thrown at me : P thats the gift of choice when you dont know what to get old people. aunt phyllis gave me one of those trick boxes with money in it. it was a perty wooden box too. and my parents are going to get me a book i saw at ringling. and james got me photo stuff for my class and chihuly notecards. and a glass kiss : ) so i had another good day. and we ended the day with a side trip to chilis of course..gotta have that birthday drink ; P.

thursday me and laurie (and gabe) hung out. she took me to lunch at panda express and then we headed on out to the mall. gabe was doing so well...haha. and then he exploded into poo. haha. yeah. that was fun laurie : P we bought stuff at VS and got out free pink dogs. yay! good times.
tonight i think we're hanging out with drew and lara. cooking out? dont know. but i get to go play with the kitties! hehe.
