(no subject)
im back. finally. we were supposed to leave jfk airport and 9:30 at night. we got there at 7. not too bad. it started to rain, and we heard that other flights got delayed/cancelled. then the plane that was suppossed to take us to la got diverted to washington d.c....an hour away. it had to refuel and get permision to take off. it finally got to ny at 3 in the morning, but they said that the crew was tired and couldnt fly us. they also said that all the other flights were full until tuesday. finally, we got a hotel room at 6 in the morning. they accidentally gave us a smoking room so i had some trouble falling asleep from the smell. i ended up falling asleep with my hand covering my face.
then at 11 in the morning we woke up to go to la guardia airport and take a diff airline to chicago and then la. we finally got home at 8 last night. oy.
