At one point in my band, there will be 9 guitars playing, excluding the bass.
Because the band goes like this:
Guitar/Vox:Josh Wiltse, Blake Sundin, Tristan Wilkinson
Bass:Shane Neil
Guitar:Brett George-(guest guitarists)-Jesse Wiltse, Robbie Kerr, Lance Scollon, Jonothan Pettifer, Buddy L'Hirondelle
Drums:Kaylor King
That's in-friggin-sane.
Oh yeah, Blake's in the band now. Forgot to state that earlier. That's super cool because me and Tristan both hate playing Rythm, and Blake loves it.
Hooray.
So yeah:
Blake Sundin-Rythm Guitar/Vocals
Joshua Wiltse-Lead Guitar/Vocals
Tristan Wilkinson-Backup Guitar/Vocals
Brett George-Guitar
Shane Neil-Bass
Kaylor King-Drums
That's the official band. Those other guys are just guest artists. We are looking into another bass player to balance stuff out, but we can't find any. That'd be wicked cool though.
But 4 guitars is seriously gonna sound ass kicking.
And Blake singing is cool because he KIND OF sounds like Nathan from Boy Sets Fire.
And I can make my voice do whatever I want it to except go super high or super low, and it's easiest for me to either (a)just talk or sing/talk like in Blood for Blood (b)yell small brown bike style or (c) sing Anthony Keidis style.
I'd probably have the most fun with (a), but the others are options.
Oh, and Shane also said I sound cool when I yell my loudest, but I wouldn't be able to do that for an entire song. Maybe for a chorus or something.
I have no idea what Tristan sounds like. He just said he'd try it out and if he has a dumb voice he'd just play guitar.
That is all.
