Start internet devotional responses again.

So i realized how much i hate writing by hand again and that if i can when i do a devotional i am going to type my response out. Not that i think people are going to want to read it but because i would just like to type it somewhere and if someone does want to hear what i am learning i can just direct them here. But i digress....Todays devotional was kinda a weird one. It talked about a lot of random things about both Jesus and David. David more and more as i read is a really chill dude that gets frustrated and angry at God just like we all do. Today in a passage in 2 Samuel one of Davids friends touches the ark of the covanent and God just kills him on the spot. David was like "what the heck God" but just kinda accepted it. The new testament scripture, which i had James Earl Jones read to me was about JC when he went into this town and they were supposed to pay like this offering whilst they were there. Jesus being Jesus tells one of his disciples to go fishing and in th fish he catches will be the money. If i was him i would be like "Jesus why do you always have to do things the hard way. Cant you just give me the money." I fell like these stories have a little bit of the same thing. God does what he wants all the time. Sometimes just to remind us that he is God and to keep us on track. If as followers of Christ we don't check ourselves we get used to not having to do it for ourselves like anything else. WE just need to let od lead us places and he wont have to check us like he does.. Everything gets easier whne you follow the JC man. Well i think thats all i really have for the night.
