Matthew 15:8-9
"These people honor me with their lips, but their hearys are somewhere far from me. They worsip me in vein; their teachings are but rules taught by men." This is basically talking abou how people do not follow god even though they will onpenly say that they do. That all they have to do is say that they believe and the dont put it into practice. this brings me to the movie the Next Karate Kid....
Ambition without knowledge is like a boat on dry land. People often times say how theyt are going to change their lives for the better but do not caoncentrat on the everyday things that they do wrong. This could be anything from drinking to judgeing people before you know them. we need to stop and look at ourselves and ask "is this what christ would want us to do?" i think if we ask ourselves this we can lead a better life.
