When it comes to Glee, I was in denial for far too long it seems. The show swept me off my feet with glitz and glamor of high school show choir in the pilot episode and I haven't looked back since. I never really cared much about plot. It was: "Yay, pretty pretty music, sounds awesome when sung as a choir. OMG, I love Lea Michele's voice! Heh, that Santana chick is vicious. I like her. Bwahaha, I'm enjoying Sue's insults way too much. PRETTY MUSIC! That blond girl can dance like whoa! Hey, Santana and blond girl are fabulous in the BG. Is this stuff seriously scripted? PRETTY MUSIC

I sometimes wonder who's the idiot: me for watching or creators/writers who put this stuff on screen.
This is basically what's at the core of it all. And it's something I repeatedly ask myself. And the answer keep being, I am, still I watch. It's like a vicious little cycle. Because there are no messages on Glee that I support. So by watching I'm as bad as those who say they could consider voting for Palin cause they find her good looking. That's as far from acceptable as you can get, I say and go back to YouTube for another watch. Perhaps that just means I'm a bad person.
