John Cusack will star in the indie drama "Grace is Gone," Variety reports.
James C. Strouse will make his directorial debut with "Grace," which centres on father who takes his two daughters on a road trip upon learning that his wife has been killed in the line of duty.
Shooting on the film will begin in April.
