But I'm not sure it's the right direction yet.
OK, so I've agreed to attend a careers interview with the local British Army regiment on this Saturday. I'm not committed to anything yet but I'm defiantly tempted. It'll be a secure job and If I get the options I want I will be working with horses, which I just about the one thing I've ever really wanted from a job, plus I know I would benefit from the discipline and rigidity of the army.
Naturally there the whole getting fit thing, which I personally reckon I could do, and then there is the whole dying whilst out doing the army thing thing. Which I almost inevitably would.
I'm not really OK with the whole dying thing, I'm too young (and sexy) to die. Besides which there's a whole bunch of silly shit I want to get up to at some point. But aside from that I'm not really sure what's keeping me from joining up...
