Fylgigögn hafa ekki borist.
Fylgigögn hafa ekki borist.
Fylgigögn hafa ekki borist.
It is 6 days before the deadline and "fylgigögn hafa ekki borist" (sic). So I decided I'd call Brock, speak to them and confirm that my transcript was, indeed, sent on 1st February as per my recollection. You know, four weeks ago. So Brock I call. And what do I get? "Thank you for calling Brock University. The University offices are closed on February 21st for Family Day [which is what I expected, but why tell me on the 22nd?] and on the 22nd of February for the University President's Holiday." At that point, I lose my shit, as the kids say. For one, they get a 4 day weekend, which is all sorts of jealousy-causing (says the guy with a three day work week this week) and, second, BECAUSE IT'S NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON THE FUCKING WEBSITE WHEN I GOT THE NUMBER TO CALL. Am I angry? A little bit, yes.
This leaves me in an interesting situation. One which I dislike the idea of. I have already contacted the HI, but have not had a response yet. My only option is to go to Brock tomorrow morning, pay them - again - to print my transcript, take it from them and then pay $70.25to have it there the next day.
All told? If I don't hear back by Thursday, I HAVE TO FUCKING SPEND $85.25 TO SHIP MY TRANSCRIPT, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE 4 WEEKS AGO.
I am displeased. Quite displeased.
