There is no more eloquent defence for Socialized Health Care that I have encountered than trying to get a new fucking pair of glasses. Sears Optical in St Catharines doesn't accept Great West Vision Care because "Too many people use it" and Great West doesn't allow themselves to be billed directly, requiring you pay up front. I thought that the point of Health Insurance was that you DIDN'T HAVE TO FUCKING PAY UP FRONT.
