Well, according to Gen. (Ret.) John Sheehan, US Army, you get genocide.

For those of you who don't want to click the link, Gen. (Ret.) Sheehan claimed it was the presence of gay Dutch peacekeepers that led to the Srebrenica Massacre.
Now, there's no doubt that there were failures by the Dutch members of the UN Protection Forces, but somehow I don't think that the failure was that they were too busy humping each others brains out to stop .
