Photo graciously borrowed from Rebecca. I can't really think of a photo that better illustrates the way that he was. Well, maybe a photo of him throughly embarrassing someone in our country mock trial for their utter stupidity and his utter brilliance, poise, and snark....but those moments are the ones that live in moving memories, not in still photos.
All of the medical training makes me understand what happened to him, what happened and how it happened and how things would work out and I wish that it wouldn't have been that way. Because, in the end, all of the medical training in the world can't make it make sense morally or ethically for me or for anyone else.
