Bento for tomorrow - I am keeping it laz-eee, apparently.  I specifically bought stuff that I could put in bentos chopped up with very little stove or oven action because I'd be out after work most of the week.

Does the banana and strawberry thing have a dressing? I am checking out xsaltyx, everyone loves her!

My mom always brings me apple butter her friend makes and it always goes bad because I always forget about it. But when I remember, it is good in nut butter sandwiches, good on toast (and waffles) and REALLY good on biscuits (just never make the biscuits in Vegan Vittles).

No dressing for the fruit salad. I've never ventured down that path, although I know others have!

I am the same way with apple butter so I put it right in front and deliberately bought the jar with the more noticable graphic! That's a good reminder about pb and apple butter and just on toast. I am probably not going to make biscuits but that sounds delicious.

I make a minty lime dressing when other people are involved, otherwise I just eat it plain like you guys!

What else do you use apple butter for?

I think before it was mostly just on bagels and toast!

and you wonder why you're 3 lbs! i think you need a whole side filled with pasta. hehe. on a side note, i thought of you the other day when i busted out my vet student ramble to peeps in a taqueria. i pulled up to get beer from the liquor store next to the taqueria and i see a cute dog in the car. it was cool out, the dog was chill being left in the car, but then i noticed that there were LILIES! in the front seat. when i came back out from the store, the dog was sniffing the lilies so i went into the taqueria, asked who's dog it was and told them to move the lilies into the trunk or get rid of them because the dog was all up in their bidness.
