"Teenage...Lust (oh la la)"
KIDS! This is a 2nd story stoop (that's a front door next to the log) and to the left of this wall is the gated alley that leads to their backyard. Kids in my neighborhood are either getting busy right under this stoop or want us to think that they are.
At least in NJ we did this kind of stuff in CARS. (Although I did lose my virginity in the middle of some tennis courts at like 1am.)
