you know you've hit the bottom...........
i can not even physicaly shower myself, i tried to but ther was much aggravation trying to get into the tub. I hate this fucking surgery, i hate being at the point where i cant do ANYTHING for myself, oh well. In another three weeks i should hopefully be on track, until then i will keep going at this thing goal by goal.
