5:32 A.M.!

it's pretty early, but i couldn't go back to sleep. im ready for school (appeareance-wise, anyway). I think it's because I have so many things to anticipate today, YIG, mostly. On another note, I'm proud to report that my proposal to abolish affirmative action passed at our (GOV CLASS) national convention yesterday. & that I got through the borders. woot! What a joyful day.

i haven't posted in a while and at 5:30 in the morning the need to do that hit me. weird.
another weird thing is when i got home from MJ's house, my dad and I were watching TV when somebody rang the doorbell. I looked and asked who was there but nobody answered. So my dad grabbed his present from the NRA, faster than Walsh Senior at a hunting party, and opened the door with it in his hand. It was crazy. I've never seen a gun that close before. needless to say, i was freakin out about the gun and the unknown doorbell ringer. I hate people, in general. They always find ways to scare the shit out of me.

English was pretty intense. (I'm great with transitions, and MJ's better at parking). Then, again, it always is. Covy threatened to gag me & and an issue about clinical depression slightly arose. I don't know anyone close to me that is in that situation, so I really can't say anything. I mean it's bad enough feeling like crap temporarily, i cant imagine goihg through that for more than one day. But I feel the need to explain that things that are being said in that portable can be inevitably offensive. People don't really have control over whose foot they're stepping on, but for the most part they just say what THEY think, whether or not it's valid to everybody. On behalf of her, I apologize for having offended someone. She just said her personal experience with it. & I agree that it's really unfair and ignorant for a lot of people to make some hasty generalizations, but I think it's up to the better person to take the higher road.
