What she had been expecting was that Rufus would be too busy with boyfriend/fuckbuddy/husband/whatever for him to notice that she was breaking his safe.

What she hadn't been expecting was the faceful of knockout gas that had come out as soon as she opened it.

She had done it! It had taken her quite a bit of energy, but she had finally obtained some of Rufus Shinra's materia!

Imagine her surprise when Rufus posted later that night on the community.

"-Oh yes, and with regards to Kisaragi, I hope you enjoy those smooth painted rocks you took from me. I suppose I know who to go to the next time my trash needs to be taken out."

"How many times will this have to occur before you realize that you are never getting my valuables, Kisaragi?"

Yuffie just sat on the ground, pouting. Rufus raised an eyebrow at her silence.

"Very well. Then you won't mind me just leaving you here so you can be alone with your thoughts."

"What? No--HEY!!" Even with her cursing loudly at him, Rufus couldn't help but smirk as he locked the door to the vault behind him.

If there was one thing Dark was useful for other than the sex, it was making sure that no unwanted person entered his home without his permission.

He also provided some good entertainment, Rufus thought to himself as he watched Dark swing Yuffie around from the rope tying her to the ceiling.

"Doesn't matter! I'll do it as many times as it takes until I finally get my hands on some of your materia!"

"Which will never happen."

"It will, too!"

Rufus rubbed his forehead in annoyance. "Don't come near my estate again. The Turks have their orders to shoot you on sight if they find you near it, and I can assure you that their aims have improved considerably since last time."

The day had gone by normally for him; have sex with Dark, drink his coffee, yell at some people (mainly Reno), order other people around, sex with Dark....

The post to the community was out of the ordinary, however, so much so that it caused him to drop his cup of afternoon tea.
