TV is disturbingly addicting.

Since I asked everyone to keep him in mind, I thought I'd take a couple minutes to pass along an update on Ian.  As of last night, here's a rough on how he's doing;
- No clinical or subclinical seizures today.  This is tremendous progress, as he was suffering several mild seizures throughout the day on Friday, when I posted.
- No foreign cells, malignant or otherwise, from Friday's spinal tap.
- MRI s show reduced brain swelling and signs of cancer.  Now, I DON'T know if that's supposed to be construed as, "reduced signs of cancer," or, "there is still cancer present," and I'm not about to ask Calvin for clarification right now.

...but he IS still on pretty heavy sedation in order to control the seizures.  I believe they're considering weaning him off in the next few days, if those signs continue.  Then I suppose we just wait and see.

THANK YOU to everyone who's been praying or thinking about Ian these last few days.  Though it may seem like tiny little steps, it actually is a huge turnaround from how things were looking on Friday.  Please, keep praying and sending him good vibes - I know it may strike you as funny, and I know that I look like a hopeless romantic, but I cannot help but think that it does some good.  And right now, any action and any good is important, no matter how minute.
