We know what he got for her: the baby book about her and a stuffed Bambi toy.

1. Yep! Wolf cufflinks for the formerly lone wolf.

The Bambi still makes me laugh.

He will wear those gladly.

She keeps accusing him of shooting Bambi. Now she can keep Bambi safe all the time.

They'll get a lot of use out of that!

From Graham to Gerda: a bow and a set of practice arrows (with suction cups on the end), because she needs something to fill her time when she's not visiting at the hospital, and when he teaches her, they can spend time together. Once she's gotten better, he'll get her a set of real arrows.

Killian will also get a black scarf from Gerda that she knitted for him with a little note that says "I've heard pirates don't like the cold. Stay safe and stay warm."

Even that's black. He really should think about expanding his color palette. He...has no money to get anything for anybody. Or any reason, because he still doesn't have a full idea of what Christmas is.

She would love to dress him in some color but that's all she sees him in.

And this is the girl who talks to a river and animals even in canon, having a human friend is probably gift enough.

He used to wear colors. There's an image of him with a red waistcoat before Milah died. Then she died and he switched to all black. I would think he'll wear all black until he gets his revenge (if he even changes then), or gives up for some reason, or meets someone else and gives it up (and how likely is that, really?).

He doesn't particularly like living off of someone else though (at least when it's something being freely given, instead of something being "liberated" when the owner isn't looking). That's how it'll have to be until he can support himself with a job (and honestly, who's going to hire him?).
