Days 1-3

On the advice of the trainers, I've only been doing one workout a day. I'll probably do my first two-a-day tomorrow. But here is the first three workouts:

Day 1: P.M. workout "light" according to the trainers
8k run around the lake (5 miles)
30minutes jump rope
1 round shadowboxing
4 rounds kicking bags
3 rounds kneeing bags
100 situps

Day 2: 5:30 am workout
8k run around the lake (5 miles) at a fairly slow pace.
30 minutes of jump rope
1 round of shadowboxing
3 rounds of boxing on the bag (20 pushups in between each round)
3 rounds of kicking bags (20 pushups in between)
2 rounds of knees (guess what we do in between!)
10 laps around the ring walking like a duck
200 situps
stretching

Day 3: 5:30am workout
8k run around the lake (with the really good pros, so it was kinda fast)
4 sprints dragging a big ass tire
4 flips of a monster truck tire (which kinda hurt my ankle a little)
1 round shadowboxing
3 rounds light sparring drills
20 pushups
200 situps

I didn't notice, but all the other boys here said that it seems like the thai trainers have been taking it extra hard on me. It hasn't been easy, but it's been fun!
