Bartering.

I've been continuing. I have a friend who is into a lot of strength and conditioning exercises, so we've been trading that for muay thai lessons at lunch.

Day 1 = 20min jog
Day 2 = 35min jog
Day 3 = 1 hour of my old kickboxing routine at PKG
Day 4 = 30min jog
Day 5 = 40min jog
Day 6 = 30min jog + kickboxing at PKG + kickboxing for lunch at a park
Day 7 = 30min jog + kickboxing at PKG + strength & cond. for lunch at work
Day 8 = kickboxing at PKG + muay thai/sprints/s&c for lunch at a park

Still not nearly as fit as I should be, but with a little help I'm getting closer...
