Day 34: Teq-a-neeq.

1x 3min Jumprope
2x 3min Shadowboxing w/dumbbells
3x 3min Shadowboxing w/o dumbbells
3x 3min Heavybag (boxing only)
3x 3min Heavybag (Muay Thai)
Day 35:
1x 30min Jog
Day 36: Ninja warrior (the gym was crowded so I did my best to be invisible)
1x 30min Jog
2x 3min Shadowboxing w/dumbbells
1x 3min Shadowboxing w/o dumbbells
3x 3min Heavybag (Muay Thai)
5x 20 Continous Roundhouse kicks (right leg only)
I haven't weighed myself lately, but I don't feel any lighter. I wonder if I've hit a plateau. Oh well, I'll find out tomorrow!

Lately, there have been a lot of older dudes working out at PKG who make me hope that I can maintain a halfway decent amount of fitness at their age. A couple of these guys look like they're pushing 50 but still work out like beasts! I don't even neccessarily want to be THAT fit when I'm older, just enough that I can move around pretty well.
Here's an example of an aging guy who has remained a god amongst men (playing a ridiculous japanese game show):
