Days 24,25,&26:

Day 24:
1x 30min jog

Day 25: Somnambulist.
I tossed and turned all night last night because I did this at 8pm rather than my usual 7am workout:

1x 6min Jump rope
2x 3min Shadowboxing w/dumbbells
2x 3min Shadowboxing w/o dumbbells
3x 3min Heavybag (boxing only)
3x 3min Heavybag (muay thai)
4x 20 continous kicks (right leg)
2x 20 continous kicks (left leg)
Light Calisthenics

Whenever I work out towards the later hours of the night, I can't sleep because my heart is still in hummingbird mode. I also went a little overboard with my shins again. No cuts, but I got some instant bruises. A bruise that appears hours later is never as bad as the ones that appear instantly.

Day 26:

1x 30min Jog

I can't miss anymore morning workouts. Those night time workouts make me stay awake all night.
