Today, I decided that I wanted to revisit the good old 1-2 punch combo. I realized I've been mostly working the 1-2-hook to the body and upstairs. Very rarely do I throw the basic 1-2 (jab, cross). I don't want my right cross to start to suffer just because I always practice three punch combos.
Today's workout:
1x 30min Jog
cool down, go to PKG
(today, I skipped on rope skipping)
3x 3min Shadowboxing (concentrating on footwork and 1-2's)
3x 3min Heavybag work (same as above)
2x 3min Heavybag work (all techniques)
light stretch
There was a private class being conducted, so I tried to make my workout as unobtrusive as possible to their needs (instead of hoarding all of the bags like I usually do). Those are paying clients, I'm just a gym bum.
