Summary: Byou notices a strange happening on the streets outside the PSC building during practice. He alerts his boyfriend who comes over to see people attacking eachother on the streets, some biting while others seemed to be randomly shooting and police all over... he suggests it would be best to convene with the other three bands in the building the boys split up Byou and Jin go find the Gazette where Ruki turns on the news and is imediatly worried about his cousin. When the others join up with Byou, Jin and the Gazette they all plan to go to Johnny's entertainment to rescue Ruki's cousin and then plan their escape.

Kai walked into the room with Aoi right behind him and they moved to sit down where Ruki and Uruha were sitting near Reita. Uruha was sitting on the couch near the armrest with Ruki on his lap his lower back resting against the armrest. He was laying his head against Uruha’s shoulder with his eyes closed. Aoi smiled when he saw how peaceful his two lovers looked. Uruha’s eyes met Aoi’s and Aoi brought his finger to his lips. Kai sat at the end past Ruki’s feet. Aoi lifted Ruki’s legs causing the small vocalist to open his eyes and smile as the guitarist sat where the vocalist’s legs had been lying before placing them gently on his lap and kissing Uruha’s cheek. Uruha’s smile widened and Ruki pouted, Aoi chuckled at the look on his youngest lovers face before leaning forward to kiss him as well. Ruki moved his head forward to hide from the other guitarist and Uruha chuckles at the antics of his two lovers. He moved his hand up and placed it on Ruki’s shoulders pulling him closer.
“You’re helping him?” Aoi asked with a pout of his own. He sat back against the couch and crossed is arms shaking his head at his two lovers. It wasn’t like he hadn’t intended to give Ruki a kiss as well. That was fine he could wait. He looked to the door as the rest of the Johnny’s finally made their way in with Saga following behind Junno… That was… interesting. He’d have to keep his eye on that.
When everyone was settled Kai stood back up. “It’s getting close to sun down. We gathered everything that we could from every apartment… all the animals are here from cats and dogs to hedgehogs… I think we need to talk about leadership… Maybe we should elect a few that get together and talk about how we think things should go. A group our size needs more than one and they would of course discuss all their decisions with the group.”
“You should be a leader, Kai, we elect you.” Ruki spoke up right away. “You’ve never steered us wrong and you stepped up right away when we discovered what happened.”
“Well then should Byou or you lead?” Uruha asked because they were the ones that had brought to everyone’s attention what was going on.
“I think I would be better behind the scenes…” Byou responded pulling Jin closer to him. He didn’t want to have anything to do with making hard decisions he was sure would come up if the movies were anything to go by. He would do anything they asked him to but right now he’d rather follow than lead…
“Tora’s a good leader, he should help. He stepped up when we needed someone as well. Plus we know he won’t keep his opinions to himself…” Shou said the last part playfully despite the glare he knew was coming from his lover.
“I could do that if you guys wouldn’t mind.”
“That would be great, so Tora and I. Who else?”
“Sho helped all of us when we found out what was going on and he led the charge to clear out the hallway.” Ueda spoke up thinking about when they had heard that first scream and how Sho and the others had been quick to find them. “And Kame’s good with people if… in case we run into anyone.”
“I’d like to help if I could. I always tried to do my best for NEWS and I’d like to continue looking after them and the rest of you if you don’t mind…” Yamapi volunteered
“Do you guys mind leading Kamenashi or Sakurai?”
The two Johnny’s shook their head. Sho’s eye’s kept straying to the door thinking about how he wanted to make sure that everything would be ok for Aiba. If he was one of the one’s in charge he could do a better job of that. “I have no issues helping take charge.”
“I don’t either but I think I’d like Koki in on the discussions as well he’s always helped me before…”
“So, we have Tora, Sakurai, Yamashita, Kamenashi with Tanaka, and myself. Is that ok with everyone. Are you guys sure you don’t want anyone?” He asked the other men he worked with who shook their heads. If any of them needed to step up later they would but right now they had no issues following Tora or Kai.
“We need to figure out where we are going to go… We can’t stay here, the building is infested and they are sure to break through the other staircases eventually. We’ll run out of food as well. We need a semi-permanent solution.”
“Can we get out to the water? I don’t know that there are any buildings that we could go to that are that easily defendable… if we could maybe get a boat and out to the water… Ohno can fish… and I’m sure he grabbed his gear.” Jun suggested, he had been talking about it with Ruki before the vocalist had joined the game of hide and seek. They had wanted an idea of what they should do before the others got back.
“We could try… as long as there aren’t too many of those things. The streets were ok today but it could get worse. I just don’t want us to lose anything…”
“So it’d be a wait and see thing? Maybe if we get a boat we can head for an island… if not we’ll just have to stay on the buses, they should be big enough for us to travel on. They should last us for a while, maybe we can make it to a smaller town or a semi deserted area… but that should be our back up plan.” Tora chimed in. He didn’t really want to find a warehouse or anything… those were not conditions he would want to raise his daughter in, let alone help Jin with his baby.
“So we’ll need people to scout ahead and such…”
“I have a motorcycle in the garage if I could get there… I could scout ahead of the buses.” Koki suggested, he had had to leave some of his bikes behind he hated the idea of leaving all of them.
“I don’t like the idea of anyone being out there alone…” Kai replied.
“Maybe we should get another one, I would love to ride, I learned when I was younger but I’ve never been able to get one… I might be a little rusty though…”
“I would be more than willing to help you, Tora.” Koki said relieved that he may be able to take his bike and that he would have help scouting ahead.
“So that’s settled. We can talk about guards and such tomorrow. Is there a kitchen on this floor?” Kai turned and asked one of the Johnny’s.
“There’s no stove but there’s a break room where we can prepare something…” Kame said standing up. “I’ll show you, maybe we can work on feeding everyone and we can talk about guards and stuff as we work.
Kai was glad that they had leaders at least, and that there hadn’t been resistance between the two groups. He knew that could have gone much worse than it had, but they all knew what was going on out there and right now was not the time to fight. They needed to get to safety… or semi safety at least. Now they could eat and get better acquainted and the lovers could spend time together after being separated. They could all pretend it was the party that Jun had told Aiba it was.
