It took all the coke in town to bring down Dennis Brown

Well, I'm not dead. But I am less and less inclined to update LJ. You'll have more success keeping up with my thrilling life on Facebook, if so inclined.

January - I was on leave for the first 10 days of January, and I spent them in Cleveland. I chillaxed and did as little as physically possible. It was awesome. I also turned 27. Man am I old. I spent a day in Bowling Green visiting with my old grad school chums. We got drank too many margaritas and played rock band. I miss them.

February - In the beginning of February we got bent over a table and ass raped by mother nature. We got 35 inches of snow, followed by 20 inches 3 days later. It meant that we were trapped in our barracks for a few days, but it also meant that at the age of 27 years old, I had 6 snow days. I guess all it takes to bring the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, and U.S. Military to a screeching halt is some snow. People flipped their shit over it. Valentines weekend my dad flew out to me and we then drove up to Atlantic City. My uncle lives up there and we spent 2 days gambling. I didn't loose too much money and got to spend some time with my dad. Plus, I love gambling. It was a good weekend. On Monday (Feb 22) my brother's wife had a baby. Kevin Thomas, so Friday (yesterday) I braved 2 competing snowstorms and drove to Cleveland to see him. He is quite a cutie pie. But now I have to drive back through snow. At least I look like a loving and caring aunt.

That pretty much sums up my past 2 months. I hope all of you are doing ok.
