Hospital - 9am Sunday

Though I was tempted to take JD's shift for him, after what happened yesterday... And anyway, I can't resist the urge to come inside and do a pass around with my patients, before taking Jack to the park.
Of course, Jack has taken to repeating one line that gets him plenty of giggles from the people we pass. Must you pound me into the ground, Karma? I sigh and shift Jack against my chest.

"Are you a broken record, Jack-y?" I sigh at him as a nurse raises an eyebrow at him.

I continue on down the hall, passing room after room, only to... stop and backpedal to the open door of one. Did I... Did I just hear a 'bink'?
I stick my head in as Jack resumes his one hit wonder line.
