[He's on his way to where she is almost as he's finished typing. Once there, he doesn't even bother to knock - just walks into the room and wraps her up in a hug]

[She lets out a small shriek at the sudden hug. She can't help it. That place left her jumpy, but once she realizes who it is, she's hugging him tightly.]

[He winces a bit at that shriek - partly because ow, ears, but partly because he'd been so thoughtless not to give her warning after what's happened. Well done, Doctor!]

But that's all I am! I couldn't protect myself, saving Minato turned out to be futile, the only reason things are okay is because that place made it okay. I'm always shoutin' at you over such little things! And despite what you say I'm not brilliant. Not like you and the girls and Lockon are. I'm just.... I'm just Donna. That's all.

But that was different! I didn't think I'd be dying because of it! No offense Spaceman, but whenever you die you wind up with what amounts to some extensive plastic surgery. I thought I was gone back there. That that was it for me! And I thought at least I was dying saving someone and then I come back and find out--

[She stops, looking ready to cry, and just sits down. That's what the sore point is here. She died. And found out what she died for would ultimately have been futile.]
